I took three days off instead of two…kind of a math error
but I got in another two miles with my team at a pretty decent pace so I’m getting kind of excited but it still hurt so I really do still need to just go slowly.. I’m gonna be back there soon though
I ran yesterday for the first time in seven weeks! Only a 1.5 miles because I’m really gonna take it easy coming back so I don’t just get injured again.
But it huuuurt. I’m soo out of shape and its a little discouraging but I’ve got unit August 8th, our first time trials for cross country…superrr exciting!
I’m still not running, but we got our cross country meet schedule and it looks really fun! We’re going to New York for a meet, I’m pretty excited
P.S I think I’m gonna start running again next week
